The shelf fullness detection feature helps ensure shelves are adequately stocked, using the video surveillance system so you never miss a sales opportunity, while improving and maintaining customer satisfaction.
What We Support
- In the settings, designate the shelf content area
- The count is calculated by the number of marked points in the designated area. The number of points represents the quantity of items on the shelf.
- After the interval you configure (15-60 seconds), the shelf is detected again to determine the proportion of items remaining on the shelf.
- If the quantity of items on the shelf is detected to be below the preset value, a notification is sent to restock.
Note: When someone is detected restocking the area (determined by their movement pattern), detection won't pause until the movement stops.
